They’ve got a good range of stuff, and I was able to find most of what I needed. A few things were missing or not quite what I expected, so I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but overall it was a decent experience

I had to exchange my order, and the process was straightforward, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Support didn’t get back to me for a few days, which was a bit frustrating. I did end up getting the right item in the end, so it worked out, just not super quickly.

After getting my order and actually using it, I’d say the quality is okay but not amazing. It looks good from a distance, but once I felt the material up close, it seemed a little cheaper than I was expecting. I tried to place an order, but, like, the checkout page just kept freezing on me, and then my payment failed twice for no obvious reason. I had to re-enter all my info again, which was already annoying, and then it still didn’t even work. So yeah, i just got frustrated and gave up.

I don’t know, maybe I was overthinking it, but ordering from here just didn’t feel right to me. The info on the site was kind of vague in places, and when I reached out to support, the answer I got didn’t really clear anything up. It was one of those things where you start noticing little stuff and then suddenly you’re questioning the whole order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was annoying. I think it’s fair to expect a quicker response and a clear answer, especially when someone is just trying to figure out where their order is.
